Kate is an experienced international learning and development consultant, now specialising in blended learning. She has over 25 years experience of training and coaching with a wide variety of organisations in UK, Mainland Europe and Middle East in management development, leadership, team development and communication skills.
Kate is a published author of training books and manuals for Gower and Fenman, writes business articles for various websites and regularly designs and delivers blended approaches to learning to global clients. She has developed an online coaching programme for professional women and is currently working on the design of an online management development programme. Kate is a qualified training consultant and careers counsellor.
Lisa Robinson, Associate
Lisa is a Human Resources Consultant with significant experience gained from holding senior Human Resources roles across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, IT and Pharmaceuticals.
Lisa’s specific experience is in change management and business/team transformation. Lisa has managed the HR aspects of major change programmes such as mergers and acquisitions, shared services, outsourcing, large organisational re-structures and culture change programmes. Lisa also works with Teams and Leaders throughout change programmes to ensure that they not only understand and are ‘fit’ for change, but that they can operate in the ‘new’ organisation with drive and enthusiasm.
Lisa has a LLB (Hons) degree in Law, a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Lisa is a qualified NLP Practitioner and qualified practitioner of Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs and Saville and Holdworth Levels 1&2.
